Fabrication with GRANITECH

After selecting your countertop materials and getting your template done, we proceed with your countertop fabrication, which includes cutting the slabs on our CNC Waterjet Saw, which uses a blade for straight cuts and a water system for round cuts, radius or cuts where the space for a blade is limited. Our cutting technician will supervise this step to make sure everything goes as planned.

The next part of the fabrication process is polishing the edges of the countertops according to the specifications on order. We are equipped with a polishing machine as well as the necessary tools to provide different finishes and edges. The crew will make sure all pieces are ready after a quality inspection to proceed with the countertop installation schedule.
